Where is the office located?
My office is at:
14 Station Street, Suite 206 Simsbury, CT 06070
How do I find you, and where do I park?
From Hopmeadow Street: Make a right or left (depending on what direction you are coming from) onto Phelps Lane. At the first stop sign, make a right onto Railroad Street. Then, make your first right onto Station Street. On the right side of the street are Welden Hardware and the Second Chance Shop.
Parking: You can park on either Station Street or a parking lot on your left.
Entering for an appointment: On the right side of Second Chance Shop, there is a white door with #14. Would you please enter through that door and go up the stairs? Connecticut Integrative Counseling is the second door on the right – Suite 206.

How long is a typical session?
What do I do to get started?
With all potential clients, I like to have a phone consultation to see if we are a good fit and answer any questions you have. Please reach out to me by phone, or the appointment scheduler to schedule a phone consultation.
If you don’t know where to start and how to find out if a therapist is a good fit, read this blog on what questions to ask and how to gain more insight into the process.
Do you accept insurance?
With what age ranges do you work?
I work with ages 19 to 85.
Do you work with people who have active suicidal ideation or self-injurious behavior?
No, I do not. I have worked in multiple clinical mental health settings (inpatient, outpatient, specialty clinics), where active suicidal ideation or attempts and self-injurious behavior were common mental health challenges that were treated. I have a lot of experience previous to private practice helping individuals who had active suicidal ideation or self-injurious behavior. When I worked with individuals with these mental health challenges, in order for treatment and therapy to be highly effective, most individuals needed a lot of time and sometimes emergency intervention. My private practice schedule is not equipped to handle the extra attention or emergency intervention that is needed for these mental health challenges.
Do you offer video or phone sessions?
