Crisis Support And Immediate Resources

You do not have to navigate a crisis alone. Immediate support is available if you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, feel unable to remain safe, are overwhelmed by intense emotional distress, or are concerned about someone you care about.

If You Are in Immediate Danger

Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department if:

• You have harmed yourself or someone else
• You believe you may act on thoughts of suicide or self-harm
• You are at risk of harming another person
• You are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency
• You are unable to remain safe

If possible, ask a trusted person to stay with you or help you reach emergency care.
